Bob Eakin started his career over 30 years ago in the real estate industry. He was named one of the Top 50 Mortgage Originators out of 750,000 loan officers in the USA. Justin Eakin started his career in Health Care 10 years ago and was the Founder and CEO of Coastline Behavioral Health, a JCOH accredited organization. He grew that company to include a fleet transportation team, a staff of over 35, and 8 residential and commercial assets. As President of JCAP Development he brings a wealth of knowledge and understands the road to success is only achieved through exceptional communication and customer service. Graduating with a Degree in Economics from SDSU he brings a combination of education and hands-on experience to Jcap Development. Justin also provides an element of professionalism and a strong ethical code to this industry. He believes strong partnerships are the key to accelerated growth and prides himself on effective client relationships.
